While advanced degrees and designations are essential pieces of building and protecting wealth, at the end of the day, our clients remember how we made them feel. Morin Wealth Partners is devoted to providing you and your family a sense of positivity, control, inspiration, and hope. And we’re uniquely qualified to do just that. Because, like family, our group of long-tenured professionals trust one another, support one another, and are aligned in intention and values – taking care of our family of clients.
Senior Portfolio Manager
Christine has spent more than 32 years helping clients feel confident and at ease with their wealth. What drives her most is simple: the relationships. “I love hearing people’s stories,” she says. “Understanding what matters to them, what keeps them up at night, and what dreams they quietly hope to reach, it all shapes the way we build their financial plan.”
With an approach blending deep expertise with genuine care, Christine believes wealth management isn’t just about numbers—it’s about the life unfolding behind them. Every day is different, and she embraces that. “I never know who’s going to call, what the markets will do, or which moment will remind me why I love this work. That’s what keeps it exciting.”
Education has always been important to Christine. She graduated with honours from Queen’s University with a degree in Economics, and later created a scholarship fund to help support students who need financial assistance—an initiative she’s incredibly proud to have established.
Family is at the centre of everything for Christine. Her son, Will, recently began building his career at RBC Capital Markets, and her daughter, Stephanie, made a meaningful transition from event planning to wealth management at Mackenzie Financial. Christine often says watching her children find work they truly enjoy has been one of her greatest joys.
On weekends, you’ll likely find Christine in Thornbury at her second home in Lora Bay. She loves yoga and Pilates, and laughs about her ongoing “love–struggle relationship” with golf at the Lora Bay Golf Club. In the winter, she’s happily on the slopes at one of the local ski clubs along the escarpment.
Associate Portfolio Manager
Michael is our economic expert. He joined Morin Wealth Partners in 1996 after founding an investment management practice of his own, and has been with us ever since.
“Mike has an innate connection to the markets,” Christine notes proudly, and often. “He reads past the black and white printed word to make real sense of things.” And, once he’s done that, Michael builds sophisticated, highly personalized investment portfolios and wealth strategies that help bring you closer to your life’s ambitions.
Michael considers education time well-spent. His favourite part of the job is sitting down with clients and helping them make sense of their wealth in a new way. It’s rewarding, but on top of that, it’s one way to express his sense of commitment. He believes that managing wealth is no small honour. It’s a serious responsibility, and it calls for taking time with each client.
Michael also invests in his own professional education, completing coursework and earning designations such as Associate Portfolio Manager, Chartered Investment Manager, and Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute. “When you’ve worked in this industry for more than two decades, you see how things evolve and how important it is to stay informed. There’s always something to learn.”
A competitive cyclist in his youth, Michael likes to get outdoors and stay active through golf at the Mississauga Golf & Country Club. He was raised in England, and loves to visit his family in London whenever he gets the chance.
Associate Wealth Advisor & Financial Planner
Jen proudly sports a single title on her resume – Associate Wealth Advisor & Financial Planner to Morin Wealth Partners since 2004. One title, but countless roles.
“Since I joined this team,” Jen will explain, “I’ve gone from focusing on all the behind-the-scenes administration, to managing daily investment trades, to earning my Certified Financial Planner designation and helping clients chart a course to their goals.” She likes to attribute this path to Christine’s encouragement, but we all know Jen’s love of learning and eagerness to solve new challenges played an even bigger role.
Unsurprisingly, Jen has become an expert in virtually every operation on our team, making her our go-to investigator for the most complex of wealth problems. Her primary responsibility is to understand your values, concerns, and ambitions inside and out, so she can coordinate the vast range of wealth services we offer to fit your needs. “It’s my job to keep the big picture in focus. Sure, we’ve got your investments covered, but how up-to-date is your Will? Are you drawing income from your business tax-efficiently? These are the questions I stay on top of, working with RBC specialists who help enhance your total net-worth.”
Born, raised, and still living happily in Toronto’s West-end, Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in political science and a Postgraduate diploma in marketing management for financial services. She and her husband enjoy a busy family life, cheering on their kids at hockey, dance, piano, and the other activities on an ever-evolving list.
Associate Investment Advisor
Stephen began his studies at Wilfrid Laurier University in 2006 facing a familiar choice for a numbers-driven mind: accounting or finance. The decision was about more than math – it was about finding a career that combined analytical work with helping people thrive. After a few classes, co-op terms and coffee chats, finance become the clear path.
His first full-time role was on a specialized 24-hour investment team at RBC, monitoring global markets and executing complex strategies for sophisticated clients. The experience shaped his professional foundation, instilling the disciplined, analytical and globally informed investment approach he carries into his work today.
After four years on the trading desk, Stephen joined our team to cover a maternity leave – an opportunity that allowed him to work more closely with clients while gaining exposure to the advisory side of the business. He fit so naturally into the team that he transitioned to a permanent role before his contract ended.
Today, Stephen’s work blends rigorous investment analysis with meaningful relationship-building. When markets are open, he can be found monitoring activity and managing the investment transactions required to grow and protect client wealth. He also focuses on guiding families along their financial journey and supporting our institutional clients in meeting their governance and investment objectives.
Beyond the office, Stephen enjoys time with his wife, Chelsey, and their two young daughters, Chloe and Naomi. He loves experimenting in the kitchen and on his smoker, playing golf and following Formula 1. He also stays connected to his community through his family’s church and his work as a Board Member with The Charis Foundation.
Associate Advisor

Throughout her career, she has held a variety of key positions—including branch operations manager, branch administrator, senior associate and manager of customer service—giving her a well-rounded perspective on client care. At Morin Wealth Partners, Oriana is often the first point of contact for clients, assisting with trade execution, administrative support and day-to-day service needs. She is known for her meticulous attention to detail, warm professionalism, and ability to create a reassuring, supportive experience for clients as they work toward their financial goals. Oriana grew up in the Caribbean and has a flair for the delicious… She loves cooking and baking, often treating us (unsuspecting victims) to her culinary experiments. When she is not dazzling us with her creations, you’ll likely find her by the water or relaxing at the beach.

It’s no coincidence that Allison’s desk is positioned at the front of our office. Of all the processes and tasks she manages for our team on a daily basis, it’s greeting and catching up with clients that she enjoys the most.
Allison joined RBC after a successful first career in television, and she will be the first to tell you she never expected to find her dream job in finance. In 2006, she decided to move to Victoria, B.C. to be closer to family. That’s where she first found an opportunity at RBC Dominion Securities. “I learned that finance is about helping people. I leave the numbers to math whizzes like Jen and Stephen, while I build relationships and think outside the box to solve clients’ problems.”
After a couple years out West with a small advisory team, Allison was ready to become a key member of Morin Wealth Partners here in Toronto. She is responsible for managing our onboarding process beginning-to-end. That means ensuring you remain comfortable, confident, and informed as you join our family of clients. Allison is also our go-to technology expert, helping our team adopt new tools to serve you better, and answering any questions you have about our online platform.
No mandate can encompass all Allison does for our team and clients, but, in a nutshell, you could say she is our devoted service expert and problem solver. “I don’t like to hear “we can’t” she is known to say. “In fact, no one on this team does. It’s our job and our joy to find solutions to the toughest technical or financial problems.”
